L - Arginine helps with the production of Nitric Oxide which is one of the things the body needs to dilate those blood vessels. It didn''t happen straight away, but I''ve noticed after a few weeks that the cramps have reduced, and the electricity it back on ''downstairs'' if you get what I''m saying.
